Connie Stricklin, LPC

"My life took a turn at age 54 when my husband’s health was failing. I knew I would need to provide an income for the family soon. In praying for direction, I knew my background was in working with Disaster Relief for 25 years as a volunteer, so I began to search for ways to help people in their daily disasters. Counseling became the perfect career choice. I began my education and learned how to hone my skills. Matthew 11:28 states “Come unto me all who are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” I love helping others find new ways of handling life’s problems by discovering solutions they may not have considered.
