Yes, Lifespan Health wants to make it possible for everyone to pay in a way that works best for them. Lifespan has a budget plan for any budget. Please contact our Patient Accounts department to get yours started today.

An Account Bill is a contract between Lifespan and the uninsured patients for a procedure that is performed at Hardin Medical Center.

The Sliding Scale program is based on a person’s household income and the number of people in the household.

If you receive a bill from an outside lab company, have your invoice available and call Patient Accounts at 731-926-8992, immediately, so that the correct information is relayed to the lab company.

If you think your insurance was billed incorrectly, bring a copy of your statement to Lifespan along with your current insurance card(s), so they can be verified and adjusted as necessary.
